A New Time;
A New Day;
Like many things;
Time to receive a new sign.

 It is uncommon for people to say 'a new time'...but it simply denotes something new that relates to time...like the next day, but symbolizes a fresh start...a new beginning, a change to start anew, and a chance to be better than before.
